What we keep, and what we do not.

This is a plain-language summary while Initrix is in early testing, not a legal privacy policy. A reviewed policy replaces it before launch, and existing accounts hear about it by email first.

What Initrix stores

  • Your account and the organizations you belong to.
  • The names of computers you have connected and when they were last seen.
  • The folders you approved, by name, and when the approval expires.
  • Your conversations, requests, and the results you chose to keep.
  • A record of sign-ins, approvals and unlinks, so you can see what happened.

What stays on your computer

  • Your original files. They are never uploaded and never written to.
  • The private working copy a job runs on.
  • Your ChatGPT or Claude sign-in. Initrix never sees it.

Who can see it

You, within the organization you were signed into, and the people you invite to a conversation. Organizations are kept apart. Work an invited person asks for runs on your computer and your subscription only after you approve it. You are responsible for what runs under your account.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Deleting things

Unlinking a computer stops it from connecting but keeps its history. Account deletion is handled by request while we are in early testing: ask through the contact page and everything filed under your account is removed.
